Head of Chornomorsk Sea Port Authority

He graduated from Odesa National Maritime University with a degree in maritime studies. He has worked his way up from a freight forwarder, chief dispatcher to the Head of the Odesa Sea Port Authority. He has over 20 years of practical experience in the industry.  Since October 2021, he has held the position of Advisor to the Chairman of the State Enterprise ‘Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority’. From June 2022 to August 2023, he represented the interests of Ukraine as the Head of the Ukrainian delegation to the Joint Coordination Centre (JCC) in Istanbul, where he carried out activities within the Black Sea Grain Initiative (BSGI).

Since February 2024, he has been the Head of the Chornomorsk Seaport Authority. His main task is to ensure competitive logistics and improve services in the seaport, efficient use and balanced development of port capacities.
