Yevgen Osypov has been with Kernel Company since 2013. In 2017 he was appointed CEO of Kernel. His responsibilities in the company are the management of operations and strategy implementation.

Earlier, being the director of agribusiness, Yevgen transformed this direction of the company into a profitable business system, which is now shaping the industry standards of operational efficiency.

In 2018, Evgeny graduated from Harvard Business School and got a Certificate of Management Excellence (CME) having completed the following programs: “Strategy: Building and Maintaining Competitive Advantage” (2016), “Leading Change and Organizational Renewal” (2017), “Disruptive Innovations” (2018).

As of today Kernel Company is the largest producer of grains and sunflower seeds not only in Ukraine, but throughout the European continent. The company’s land bank is 510 thousand hectares. Kernel is the unspoken world leader in the production and export of sunflower oil and meal, supplying products to 80 countries and covering 15% of the global sunflower oil market. Kernel is the largest Ukrainian grain exporter. In the 2019/2020 marketing year the company reached its all-time high, having exported 8 million tons of grain.
