Volodymyr Osadchuk
CEO at COFCO Agri Ukraine
Volodymyr Osadchuk is the CEO at COFCO Agri Ukraine. He has been working in the agriculture industry since 1996, previously employed by companies such as Interagro and Cargill. In 2008, he took on the role of Head of Trading Department at Noble Agri, and in 2013, he became the CEO of Noble Agri, which later became COFCO Agri Resources Ukraine. COFCO Agri is part of the Ukrainian group of companies under COFCO International, which is one of the largest producers, processors, and traders of agricultural products in China.
Within the COFCO International group, the Ukrainian division focuses on providing a complete agricultural product supply chain from the producer to the end consumer in China, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. COFCO Agri Ukraine also operates in the field of river navigation and actively invests in expanding its logistical infrastructure. In 2014, the company acquired the Danube Shipping and Stevedoring Company, where construction of a grain terminal with a storage capacity of 127,000 tonnes was completed at Berths No. 1 and No. 2 of the Mykolaiv Sea Commercial Port. The annual handling capacity of the terminal is 2.5 million tonnes. Another project of COFCO Agri Ukraine is vessel loading on roads.
Volodymyr Osadchuk is a graduate of the National Agrarian University, with a specialization in foreign economic activity, and holds a PhD in Economics.
