Vitaly KOVAL graduated from the Ternopil People’s Academy of economy with the specialty “banking”, having received Master’s degree. Has an MBA degree (Master of Business Administration), Lviv Business School of the Ukrainian Catholic University.
Studied at Aspen Institute Kyiv.
From 2004 to 2009, he worked in the banking sector.
From 2008 to 2019, he headed companies in the agricultural, transport and construction industries.
In September 2019, the Decree of the President of Ukraine appointed the position of head of the Rivne Regional State Administration.
From February 24, 2022, the head of the Rivne regional military administration.
Member of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine.
First Vice-President of the Federation of Greco-Roman Wrestling of Ukraine.
Vice-President of the Association of Sports Wrestling of Ukraine.
