Viktor Dovgan

Investment Adviser to the EU Project

Viktor Dovgan started his career as an expert on economic and commercial law of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on European Integration of Ukraine, the Ukrainian-European Legal Advice Center (UEPLAC). In 2014-2015 he was an adviser to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in the project of the US Agency for International Development on Accession to the World Trade Organization.

In the period of 2006-2014 he served as a lawyer, attorney and senior lawyer in such companies and firms as “Magister and Partners”, Chadbourne & Parke LLP, “Dovgan and Partners”, “WebMoney Ukraine”, “Vertex”.

Since 2014 he has been an associate professor at the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

He was an adviser to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, USAID in 2015.

He served as Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine for European Integration from 2016 to 2019.

Since 2019 he’s been working as an Investment Adviser to the EU Project.
