Viktor Dovgan
Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine for European integration
Viktor Dovgan began his career as an economic and trade law expert of Committee of Verkhovna Rada on European integration of Ukraine within Ukrainian-European Policy and Legal Advice Centre (UEPLAC). In 2004-2005, he was an adviser to the Minister of Economy of Ukraine, United States Agency for International Development project to accede for World Trade Organization.
From 2006 to 2014, he served as a lawyer, attorney and senior lawyer in such companies and firms as “Magister and Partners”, Chadbourne & Parke LLP, “Dovgan and Partners”, “WebMoney Ukraine”, “Vertex”.
Since 2014, he is an associate professor, Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
He was an adviser to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, USAID in 2015.
He was appointed Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine for European Integration in May 2016.
