Sergey Fedorik is a project supervisor at MV Cargo project, international grain terminal project being developed jointly with Cargill corporation as biggest foreign investment in Ukraine for decade. He is one of the most progressive and experienced internationally-oriented project top managers in Ukraine.
Educated in Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, having obtained MBA at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, he is also certified with IPMA (B) (certified manager of complicated projects and project portfolios) in project management and BREEAM International Assessor in “green” construction according to British ecological certification scheme.
Ha has more than 15 years in running development and construction projects in Ukraine and abroad. He worked/is working with: MV Cargo, TIS, DCH, SCM, IMMOCHAN, VTB, AVEK, Multi Development, Ministry of Defense, commercial banks and others. Total budget of the projects, Sergey and his company were involved in with corresponding services, makes up USD950 mln.
Sergey Fedorik is co-author of project management educational program and visiting lecturer at UrbanLand Project Management School.
His focus in project management lays in development of soft skills over hard skills: negotiations, communications, project and safety controls, process re-engineering and system constraint theory.
