Director of the Union Millers of Ukraine

Rodion Rybchynskyi has over twenty years of experience in the agricultural sector. Since 1999, he has been the head of business projects at APK-Inform news agency, co-owner of APK-Zerno news agency and editor-in-chief of Grain Storage and Processing magazine and portal. From 2014 to 2020, he was a co-owner and director of APK-Inform Group LLC. In 2020, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Commercial Department of JSC ‘SFGCU’.

In September 2014, he started his public activity as a director of the public Union Millers of Ukraine. Since October 2021, he has been a member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Operating Millers (IAOM) and represents the Union of Millers of Ukraine. At the beginning of 2022, he became President of the Union of Food Industry Producers of Ukraine, which represents leading associations and enterprises in the food industry (Ukrconprom, Ukrmolprom, Ukrkhlibprom, All-Ukrainian Association of Bakers, Ukrpyvo, Ukroliyaprom, National Association Ukrconservmoloko, Union of Flour Millers of Ukraine and others).

He graduated from the Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies in 1998 with a degree in Grain Storage and Processing Technology. In 2021, he defended his PhD thesis on “Improvement of corn grits production technology” and received a PhD degree in technical sciences.
