Highly professional manager having over 20 years of experience in operation and management of financial functions of holdings and holding companies’ operational management. Has working experience in agriculture, dairy industry, poultry industry, meat-processing industry, FMCG, management consulting. Worked in such companies as “Vtorma Group”, “Osnova”, “Swan Group”, “VNIPITRANSGAZ”, “Ukrgasproject”, “Dubno-Moloko” (ТМ “КОМО”), “Technonicol Ukraine” and others.

From 2014 holds the position of executive director of Agricom Group. Under his management the group became one of the Top-5 of the most innovative agrarian companies of Ukraine, ТМ “Dobrodiya” became №1 in production of oat flakes and the factory build in Chernihiv region became one of the most powerful, high-tech and modern enterprises in Europe. At the year-end of 2020 “Dobrodiya” holds the leadership in export of flakes among Ukrainian producers.

In 2021 he was appointed President of the Ukrainian Club of Agrarian Business.

Petro Melnyk had graduated Academician Stepan DEMIANCHUK International University of Economics and Humanities (city of Rivne), studied strategical management in Chartered Management Institute (London), studied in the МВА program in the University of Sheffield (Great Britain), studied in Harvard School of Business (USA) in the “Agro Seminar” program. Member of UABC, СЕО Club, Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
