In 2009-2011, he was the deputy chairman of the “Agrarian Chamber of Ukraine”. In 2014-2017, he was the executive director of the association “Ukrainian Club of Agrarian Business”. Since 2017, he has been the coordinator of the working group on market development of the reform support office under the Ministry of Agriculture.

He graduated from the National Agrarian University, as well as the National University of Bioresources and Nature Management of Ukraine. Doctor of Economic Sciences.

He completed an internship in Poland (Szkola Glowna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego), USA (Pennsylvania State University), Germany (Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies (IAMO).

Specialist in the field of agrarian policy, analysis of the formation of demand and supply in the global and national segments of agri-food markets.
