Oleksandr Buyukli
Executive Director, First Ukrainian Agricultural Cooperative
Oleksandr Buyukli has extensive experience in managing large modern agricultural businesses. From 2010 to the present, he has been a director of Phoenix Agro, where he built an impressive agricultural business from scratch. Alexander has developed strategic areas of development, including grains and oilseeds, concentrated feed, raw feed, and mineral fertilisers. He managed all aspects of the business, from strategic planning to market research, which contributed to the company’s significant growth.
In his role as Executive Director at the First Ukrainian Agricultural Cooperative (FUC) since 2017, he has successfully managed strategic and operational development, optimised logistics processes and expanded business strategies. His effective project and risk management has significantly contributed to the company’s profitability and competitiveness.
The PUSK cooperative was established on the basis of the UAC. Its main tasks are to unite medium-sized farmers, organise the supply of materials and raw materials to enterprises, ensure marketing and sales of products, develop infrastructure, and attract financing from international financial institutions.
