Oleg Rudkovsky is the co-founder of ‘Sovtes’ start-up – Saas-solutions for profitable transportation management. He has more than 10 years of experience in the sphere of logistics management, as well as in the sphere of optimization and automation of business processes, operational accounting, performance management, and development of software solutions including logistics.
In 2012 Oleg set out to exclude phone calls when arranging transportation of goods. Why? The reason is that logistics specialists wastes up to 80% of their working time for phone calls. In 2013 he created his own project ‘Sovtes’ after he had got a refusal of financing this project from the company’s management.
Results: the number of phone calls to the logistics department has decreased by 87%. Now ‘Sovtes’ has implemented and is actively promoting electronic document management in road transportation, and has also started implementing Truck-Sharing system.
