Mykola Gorbachov has more than 20 years of experience in the Ukrainian agricultural market. In February 2017, for the first time, he headed the Ukrainian Grain Association (UGA), and in 2021 he was re-elected again. He is also the co-chairman of the Grain and Oilseed Committee of the European Business Association (EBA).
Alongside his work in the association, he holds the position of the director at the New World Grain Ukraine Trading Company (Soufflet Group).
He graduated from the International University of Market Relations; International Management Institute (Master of Business Administration); National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (Master of Public Administration in National Security).
He was honored with Government awards.
