Nataliya Mykolska is a co-founder of SheExports, a platform for women’s economic empowerment, as well as TechUkraine platform, which brings together all participants of the technology ecosystem in order to make Ukraine a leading country in the world in this sphere.

Nataliya is also the founder of the Brilliant Minds of Stanford and Silicon Valley media project and the Ukrainian Conference at Stanford University.

In 2018-2019 Nataliya was a visiting Fellow of Stanford Ukrainian Emerging Leaders Program at the Stanford Center for Democracy Development and Rule of Law 

In 2015-2018 Nataliya was the Trade Representative of Ukraine, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade. Being in the government, she was responsible for developing and implementing consistent, predictable and efficient trade policy, as well as for developing exports.

Prior to that, Nataliya worked in large Ukrainian law firms for 15 years and was ranked as a leading lawyer in the sphere of international trade by Ukrainian and international ratings.
