Deputy Head at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Ukraine

Mark Magaletsky is in charge of the EBRD operations in the energy, transport and municipal infrastructure sectors in Ukraine, as well as policy dialogue with the central government and local authorities, including the sphere of public-private partnerships and concessions.
The EBRD is the largest financial investor in Ukraine. As of April 2021, the bank has an active portfolio of 80+ projects in infrastructure, agribusiness and energy sectors of the country totaling more than 3.5 billion euros.
Mark Magaletsky joined the EBRD in 1998 and he has vast experience with the Bank in Ukraine in both public and private sectors. Prior to joining the EBRD, he worked for Bain & Company, a global management consulting firm.
