In this capacity, Mark Magaletsky is overseeing EBRD operations in transport and municipal infrastructure sectors in Ukraine as well as policy dialogue with the central government and local authorities. The EBRD is the largest financial investor in Ukraine. The EBRD is the largest international financial investor in Ukraine. As of 1 January 2015 the Bank had total cumulative commitment of €11.7 billion in 364 projects in the country.
Mark Magaletsky joined the bank in 1998 and has extensive experience in Ukrainian infrastructure operations in both state and private sectors.
Prior to joining the EBRD, he worked for Bain & Company, a leading international strategic consultancy.
Mark Magaletsky is a graduate of Kyiv National University of Economics.
