Ksenia Prozhogina

HR & Communications Director, agro-industrial holding MHP

Ksenia Prozhogina has held managerial positions in personnel management since 2003. Since 2013, she is the Head of the Human Resources and Communications Department of the agro-industrial holding “Mironivsky Hliboproduct” (MHP). In 2014, she became the best HR director among agrarian companies of Ukraine based on the results of voting by users and experts, which was conducted by the business portal “Delo”. In 2017, the processes of HR management and internal HR audit implemented by Ksenia helped to form a strong team at all levels of the holding and bring MHP to the three national ratings “The Best Employer”. Also, Ksenia is responsible for building communications with the public and the media, forming a reputation and a positive image of the company. She regularly acts as an expert in online and print media.
