Kateryna has over 13 years of executive experience in agricultural enterprises and almost 11 years of experience in international / local trade and investments with clear cut vision and strategy, putting together strong teams of professionals and implementing ideas which influence markets.

Her ongoing concern over improving processes and reducing losses has led Kateryna to the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, the Swedish Management Program on Sustainable Development and the MBA degree at Steinbeis University, Berlin. She supports projects on the implementation of SDGs in agribusiness, as well as the Trend&Hedge Club project (www.trendhedgeclub.com), which forwards evolution of commodity trade market by providing weekly meetings of progressive traders for sharing information, market analytics and knowledge, and active communication.
