Before joining TIS Group, Filipp Grushko held senior level positions in international consulting companies such as PwC, KPMG and Linklaters for over 10 years, having implemented more than 40 M&A agreements of the world’s leading industrial organizations.

Projects: since 2015, Filipp has been directly involved in the largest investment project in Ukraine –construction of Neptune grain terminal with the participation of Cargill Corporation. In particular, Filipp led the process of signing an agreement with Cargill, as well as signing loan agreements with the EBRD and the International Finance Corporation for a total of $74 million. He also supervised dredging works for an approach channel to the new terminal.

In 2016 Andriy Stavnitser, CEO of TIS Group, and Filipp Grushko founded SD Capital investment company aimed at attracting large foreign investors to Ukraine and supervising their projects from the moment of making a decision to setting up a business. The main industries SD Capital operates in are infrastructure and transport.

In 2017 the company brought DP World Group, the world’s largest port operator, to Ukraine. And in the beginning of 2020 SD Capital and TIS Group announced the largest M&A agreement in the transport industry of Ukraine – acquisition of 51% of the TIS container terminal by the Dubai giant DP World. This agreement was directly supervised by Filipp from the very beginning.
