Dmytro Livch is a recognized expert on public policy in Ukraine with more than 10 co-authored program documents and analytical reports, 30+ analytical articles and 20+ TV and radio broadcasts, focused on improving the business climate and investment attractiveness, deregulation and creation of free markets.

Dmytro’s professional competencies include the development of strategies and their implementation; advising on public policy issues and improvement of business climate and structural reforms; comprehensive analysis and identification of regulatory barriers preventing the creation of free markets.

As of today he works as an advisor to the Prime Minister on a voluntary basis in the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
