Dmytro Kobzar received his degree in Ports and Terminals Managements at ICS, UK.

He started his career in port Chornomorsk Sea Commercial Port since 1998. Dmytro has deep expertize in logistics and terminal managemet.

He has been the General Manager of Mostyska Container Terminal since 2022, staring operation of the terminal from the scratch and is responsible for terminal management and development.
