Head of the Financial Solutions Department of Syngenta

Borys Prykhodko has over 20 years of experience in the agricultural sector, starting his career at “Raiz” company. Since 2018, he has held the position of Head of Financial Solutions Department at “Syngenta” company, where he is responsible for the development of financial and trading programs that help the company’s clients formulate effective strategies for selling their crops and obtain targeted financing. Borys actively promotes the idea of price risk hedging using exchange instruments in the Ukrainian agricultural market.

In 2015-2016, Borys Prykhodko served as the Head of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine, where under his leadership, reforms were implemented that allowed the company to export over 3.2 million tons of grains during the marketing year and significantly improve the corporation’s financial results.

In June 2016, he completed the Program for Development of Managers of State-Owned Enterprises at the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE). In June 2005, he graduated from the Finance Faculty of the International Institute of Business in Kyiv.
