Borys Prykhodko has over 20 years of experience in the agricultural sector. He started his career at Rise Company. Since 2018 he has been the Head of Financial Solution Department at Syngenta Company, being in charge of the development of financial and trading programs that help the company’s clients build their effective sales strategies for their crops and receive earmarked funding. Borys is actively promoting the idea of ​​hedging price risks using exchange-traded instruments on the Ukrainian agricultural market.

In 2015-2016, Borys Prykhodko was the Head of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine, and he spurred significant reforms which allowed the company to export more than 3.2 million tons of grain throughout the marketing year, thus having considerably improved the financial corporate results.

In June 2016, Boris completed the Executive Development Program for State-Owned Enterprises at Kyiv School of Economics (KSE).

In June 2005 he graduated from the International Institute of Business in Kyiv, the Faculty of Finance.
