Andrey Ryazantsev is a financier with a 21-year experience, two-time holder of the title “Banker of the Year”.
He headed the Board of Idea Bank for 7 years.
Andrey Ryazantsev started his career in 1997 as the head of the securities department of CJSC Princom. He has 16 years of experience in the banking sector in the regional bank “Prykarpattya”. In 2006-2010 he was the deputy of Ivano-Frankivsk City Council: he was the chairman of the Council of the Banking Business Association in Ivano-Frankivsk region, the deputy of the City Council of Ivano-Frankivsk.
Andrey Ryazantsev was awarded the honorary diploma of the National Bank of Ukraine, diplomas of the Ivano-Frankivsk State Regional Administration and the regional council, as well as the executive committee of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council for his personal significant contribution to the development of the region and the city.
Andrey Ryazantsev was appointed to the post of director for economics and finance of “Ukrzaliznytsia” in December 2016. Previously he was the head of the Department of Verification and Payment Monitoring at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. Also, Andrey Ryazantsev was an authorized representative of the Deputy Minister of Finance for cooperation with the Individual Deposits Guarantee Fund, the member of the Board of the Social Insurance Fund by the Ministry of Finance, as well as the head of the temporary administration of PJSC “City Commercial Bank” (Individual Deposits Guarantee Fund).
Andrey Ryazantsev is the Ternopil Academy of National Economy graduate with a degree in Banking Business, the Ternopil National Economic University postgraduate and the Economic University in Wroclaw (Poland) doctoral candidate.
