During his parliamentarian work he became one of the authors of the Laws of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (bringing legislation in the field of seeding and planting in line with European and international requirements)”, “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on stimulating the creation and operation of family farms”, “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on identification and registration of animals”, “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on deregulation in agricultural sector”, “On Amendments to the Land Code of Ukraine and Other Legislative Acts concerning the legal fate of land lots the owners of which died”, as well as the co-author of the draft laws “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on empowerment of local self-government bodies for land resources and strengthening the state control over the use and protection of land”, “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding the issue of collective ownership of land, improving the land use rules in agricultural land massifs, preventing raidership and stimulating irrigation in Ukraine”, “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on stimulating the creation and operation of family farms”, “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding certain issues of taxation of value added tax on operations for the export of oilseeds outside the customs territory of Ukraine”, “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on reducing the value added tax rate for certain types of agricultural products”, “On Amendments to the Land Code of Ukraine and Certain Legislative Acts on counteraction to raidership”.

· Representative of Cargill CJSC at Foreign Investment Advisory Council (FIAC) of the President of Ukraine, Co-chairman of the Subcommittee on Agrarian and Food Policy in 2003-2008;
· External adviser to the Minister of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine in 2009-2013;
· Member of the Advisory Board on development of agriculture and rural areas under the President of Ukraine in 2008-2009;
· Member of the Working Group on agrarian markets at the Ministry of Agrarian Policy in 2007-2009;
· Member of the Coordination Council at the State Tax Administration of Ukraine in 2008-2010;
· Member of the Committee for Coordination of the Grain Market at the Cabinet of Ministers in 2005-2007;
· Permanent representative of Cargill CJSC and Noble Resources Ukraine LLC in the Agrarian Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce, Co-chairman of the Committee in 2003-2005 and 2010-2013;
· External adviser to the Prime Minister of Ukraine in November 2009 – January 2010;
· Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Futures Exchange.

Awards and distinctions:

· Medal for Merit of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine;
· Diploma of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, 2012;
· ‘Person of the Year’ award in the nomination “Agriculturist of the Year” in 2011.
