Vitaliy Koval

 

Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine

In November 2023, Vitaliy Koval was appointed as the Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU). From September 2019 to 24 February 2022, he served as the head of the Rivne Regional State Administration. From the beginning of the war until November 2023, he was the Head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration.

In 2006-2019, he headed and co-founded enterprises in the agricultural, transport and construction industries.

In 2004-2006, he worked in the credit department of Ukrgasbank. 

Vitaliy Koval graduated from the Ternopil Academy of National Economy with a degree in banking and a Master’s degree in banking. He holds an MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree, Lviv Business School of the Ukrainian Catholic University.

He also studied at the Aspen Institute Kyiv.

Member of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine. First Vice President of the Greco-Roman Wrestling Federation of Ukraine. Vice President of the Ukrainian Wrestling Association.
