Serge Hancharevich is the Founder and Managing Partner, as well as CEO, of Capital Times. He is also a Co-Founder and Board Member of Children of Heroes Charity Fund (childrenheroes.org) and a Member of the National Register of Corporate Directors (registry.cgpa.com.ua).

With over two decades of experience in investment and banking, Serge leads Capital Times, a prominent investment advisory firm specializing in helping businesses enhance value, prepare for scalable growth, and navigate M&A transactions. He boasts a successful track record of over 35 completed M&A deals across various sectors, including TMT, IT, Agro, and Logistics. Serge has also held positions as Head of the Supervisory Board and Board Member in diverse industries, leveraging his expertise in corporate governance and strategy.

Beyond his role at Capital Times, Serge is deeply committed to social causes, investing in innovative projects, and sharing his knowledge and insights with fellow professionals and entrepreneurs. He played a pivotal role in co-founding and leading the fundraising efforts of Help for Children, a non-profit organization supporting children orphaned by the war in Ukraine. Additionally, Serge serves as a lecturer at CGPA, a mediator at UCCI, and a member of Globalscope Partners, fostering collaboration and cooperation with experts and peers worldwide.
