A project manager who has worked his way up from manager to top executive in the corporate sector in Ukraine, Europe, the Middle East and China. Managed international projects, some of which went public. He managed international projects in the oil and gas, engineering, and energy sectors.

In 2020-2024, he worked as an adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration. He was involved in the process of Ukraine’s EU candidate status, focusing on G2B communications to ensure the participation of Ukrainian sellers in EU programmes.

Co-founder of a network of NGOs under the common brand Council for Cooperation and Development, which has a base organisation EUCCD in Kyiv and coordinates the work of NGOs in the EU (in particular, USCCD in Slovakia, UACCD in Austria, CUCCD in the Czech Republic). The NGO’s activities are aimed at supporting joint projects in the interests of Ukraine in the corporate, government, municipal and public sectors and are designed to facilitate the integration of Ukrainians into European society.
