Vladyslav Kryklii was appointed the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine in August 2019.

Before entering politics, he worked in the investment banking industry. In 2014 he worked as an adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the sphere of information technology implementation and later on – as a deputy head of the traffic police. He was engaged in the process of restructuring traffic police, headed the working group on the introduction of automatic photo and video recording of traffic rules in the Ministry of Internal Affairs being the chairman of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

He was on a party list of the ‘Servant of the People’ political party at number 12, and in 2019 he became a people’s deputy. He surrendered his deputy mandate after he had been appointed the Minister of Infrastructure.

During his ministerial work he repeatedly raised the issues of modernizing infrastructure and bringing it to the level of EU standards. Vladyslav Kryklii’s interests include the issues of public-private partnership programs for infrastructure development, implementation of a road infrastructure overhaul program, transformation of ‘Ukrzaliznytsia’ and other projects.

In addition to Ukrainian and Russian, Vladyslav Kryklii speaks English, Polish and Italian.
