His primary involvement is fundamental analysis but with the ongoing globalization of commodity markets, much of the focus goes on analyzing the impacts of macro-economic factors, currencies, tariffs and mandates on the underlying balance sheets and price projections.
He worked for a number of larger trading firms such as Phibro, Nidera, Armajaro in US and more recently at Gunvor and Avere in Geneva, Switzerland.
Guest speaker at USDA research conference (ERS conference on Oilseeds – Chicago 2002, Reuters Commodity Conference 2015, Global Grain Geneva 2016, Miami DHF Annual meeting 2018).
He holds a Degree in Finance from the Universita’ Cattolica in Milan.
